Why I require the deposit to book your photoshoot?
I implemented the deposit requirements a few years ago. In the very beginning I didn’t charge my clients upfront and I had positive and negative experiences. Most of the time I scheduled the clients and they were polite and punctual but some of them literally didn’t show up last minute, didn’t tell me in advance that their plans have changed and just disappeared. I value my time as much as I’m very responsible and responsive in my work field. My account is also open, has my works and reviews from my happy clients. If you have any questions/doubts/etc don’t hesitate to ask. I implemented the deposit rule a few years ago because of the irresponsible clients who didn’t show up for the scheduled photoshoots and even didn’t respond or messaged me in advance. I value my business and all my customers as much as I’m very flexible with the rescheduling, always helpful with advising on outfits, accessories and locations for the photoshoots.
